FilerPK provides tax return filing, NTN and sales tax registration, company registration, PSEB registration, FBR notice responses and related advisory services in Pakistan. The exact scope of each engagement is confirmed with you before work begins.

2. Fees

• Our professional fee is fixed and confirmed with you before any work starts.
• Government fees, duties and penalties are separate from our fee and are disclosed upfront.
• Prices shown on this website are starting fees. Your confirmed quote depends on the scope of your case.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide complete, accurate and genuine information and documents.
• Tell us promptly about any notice, deadline or change in your circumstances.
• Review and approve your return or application before we submit it.

We prepare filings based on the information you give us. You remain responsible for the accuracy of that information and for your tax obligations under Pakistani law.

4. Deadlines

We aim to file well before official deadlines. To do so, we need your documents in good time. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete information, or by outages of government portals such as FBR IRIS.

5. Advice and outcomes

Our advice is based on the law and FBR practice at the time it is given. Decisions by FBR, provincial revenue authorities, SECP or other bodies are outside our control, so we cannot guarantee a specific result, refund amount or assessment outcome.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your information as confidential and handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Website content

8. Cancellations and refunds
